Using company customer application, customer place Order, Order Return, Download Account statement, download vouchers (like sale bill, bank receipt, credit note, debit note and general vouchers) with print. Customers also know about company schemes, offers and available discounts using this application, customers also look for self achievement regarding scheme offers and find the next level of scheme achievement himself. customer check business summary, aging summary, overdue, order track, order summary and other important reports regarding business with the company himself using this mobile application. Customers are also able to view company profile, company banking information, products, company document, company product demo or sempeling videos or images also. Using "Mr. Order Tracker" mobile application company always live touch with customers.
"Mr. Order Tracker '' is our branding mobile application. We Give a customization solution with white labeling and customs requirements, in this application interphase or UI same but company logo, application name and after login all their information and options as per customer requirement, some basic features are same in all applications.

No delay or failure by KANT IT SOLUTION to exercise or enforce at any time any right or provision hereof will be considered a waiver thereof.
No single waiver will constitute a continuing or subsequent waiver. No waiver, modification or amendment of any provision hereof will be effective against KANT IT SOLUTION unless it is a signed writing by KANT IT SOLUTION. You may not assign your rights or obligations hereunder (including as a change of control) without the prior written consent of KANT IT SOLUTION.
Subject to the foregoing, this agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the parties. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision to the extent permitted by law (not otherwise) shall be served from this agreement and shall not affect the remainder hereof, and the parties agree to substitute for such provision a valid provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of such severed provision. The parties to this agreement are independent contractors.
KANT IT SOLUTION shall not be liable to you for a failure to perform any of its obligations under this agreement during any period in which such performance is delayed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All notices hereunder must be in writing and mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, or by prepaid courier services, or by facsimile with receipt confirmed by telephone, to each party’s address
Kant IT Solution holds all rights of Product Source code and software licensing including web and mobile application and provides service to the customers with custom branding like company logo, application name and web portal name.
Kant IT Solution will train staff 2 times at the beginning of software setup after that each training will be chargeable and cost will be decided by Kant IT Solution.
Kant IT Solution representative can visit your company with your permission when needed but if you want the Kant IT Solution representative to visit you will be chargeable.
Online support and training timings are fixed by Kant IT Solution. If you want training or any online support you have to request Kant IT Solution representative prior to minimum 1 hour. In case of unavailability Kant IT Solution may extend or postpone the meeting time.
Product features with pricing already defined by Kant IT Solution at the deal time; add-on or extra features are chargeable and would be shared with other users
Kant IT Solution uses third party Servers to store and access data and websites from. Kant IT Solution do not take any responsibility in case of server breakdown, though backup system set at website level which includes database (hourly backup) and images. We also take hourly scheduled database backup which is stored in separate place than server for safety
You can download backup from Administrator panel only for safety
In case of server breakdown we are responsible to restore services available data backups which may take minimum 48 hours. During this breakdown website or mobile application may be down.
As we provide backup facilities we will not store images, document files or any uploaded documents for more than 14 months after that duration we will delete those documents from server to provide easy and fast access to website and mobile application.
Real Time tracking data will be saved for maximum 40 days and will be auto removed after that.
If you want to keep your images, document files and other uploaded documents into the server for more than 14 months, you have to pay charge based on space required as per company rules.
If any third-party tools (SMS API, Email, Payment Gateway etc.) is integrated in Company Product, Kant IT Solution will not be responsible for any misbehave in Application.
Any version updates in Browser, Computer System or Mobile operating system which causes stop application will be resolved as soon as possible by Kant IT Solution
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Location Tracking Via Mobile GPS, Smart Work with Online Order, Payment Collection, Seeds Company Production, TA/DA Bill, Activity, Tour Program, Production Planning etc . The information that we request is will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
